I have read in a few places that they are 2 young if the tail has no fluff yet. When they're mature enough for a new home, the tail is furry/fluffy........if it has skin or fine fine fuzz on it's tail, it's 2 young.: I just got a SugarGlider for Christmas. It is 9 weeks old. The book i bought on them says that they shouldn't be taken away from their mother untill 16 weeks. Does anyone have any advice or comments about this? Also it is so scared right now it crys when i try to take it out and bites me. How long do you think this will last for? Thanks 4 any advice you could give me :)
