Seems like Starbuck's accident was back on June l4th or so.
If his appetite hasn't improved in this length of time, perhaps a trip to the vet is in order to see if there are any other problems.
You didn't mention his activity level and generally how he is acting, i.e. any personality changes, etc. since accident.
