i'm babysitting a friends sugarglider,he'll be back next week. the poor little fellow is homesick. i've had him for 4 weeks by the time he goes home. i feel sick he's not getting enough attention since i can't let him out with my guys and can't divide time between them cos of my own schedule. I come home and hold him in his pouch for a little bit in the after noons but i know he wants his daddy. I let him out in his hamster ball to play once when my guys were out but my male still got jelous of him. I wish his owner would hurry home!!! this is why it's important to know you can't buy these little guys and plan long trips!!!! he's getting fed and watered but not enough exercise and attention, they need their parents!!!!
his owner is a 14 year old that goes to boy scout camps and trips with his mom, it's not fair to expect him to stay home and care for animals in his growing years. at least he knows someone that would care for his pet when he is gone but i don't know if i could do it again, it breaks my heart trying to care for it!!
