Bourbon (or anyone that knows..),

I am going to be using your leadbeater recipie. But I have a few questions.

1) How much extra fruit/veggies do I provide each night?

2) If I left Mazuri Omnivore as a free-choice food, would this upset the balance?

3) What can I leave as free-choice that won't upset the balance, or is this not
necessary at all?
