Igunas will deffinitly kill a sugar glider. Sugar gliders do not like the smell of them, they can't even stand to be in the same room. If you get one you can't keep them in the same room, and you must wash your hands real good between handlings. Iguanas are carriers of many diseases that sugar gliders can get and die from. I would never get one unless you know for sure you will always remember to keep them rooms apart and wash your hands and anything they both come in contact with constantly. As for other lizards it depends on their size and other things.
