Snakes can eat pretty big things...i mean most gliders are the same size or smaller than the bunnies they eat. I think however he would be stupid to feed a 200 dollar glider to a snake when he has 10 dollar bunnies. I do think that many would eat the glider if they had the chance. He maybe meant they are not these snakes native prey ebcause they are from different areas. However most snakes will eat anything they can get ahold of.
