This is an update on Dan Pierce who is running a puppy mill, and has JRT's for sale. At the very bottom is the first message
I posted to plank-road also. We need to get the word out about this guy for people not to buy or sell a JRT to this person.

He works at Telespectrum (18 - 10th Street, Wheeling, WV, 26003. Albany is in south/southeast Ohio, and he lives in
Quaker City, in Guernesy County, just south of I-70, in eastern Ohio, not too far from the WV border. It looks to be about
100-120 miles from Albany. Pierce lives with his boyfriend, Joe Latz, and next door to an associate (who also works at
Telespectrum) named Mary Ann Keefer. Mary Ann helped with his dogs and witnessed the dogs' deaths and did nothing till
it was too late.

Just got some info. today that could seriously impact the JRT breed. The infamous POS-puppy murderer Dan Pierce of
Guernsey Co., Ohio,convicted of animal abuse and neglect and suspended for life by the AKC AND the Canadian Kennel
Club, is reportedly breeding Jack Russells. Evidently, he presented his boss with a puppy "he" had bred for Christmas.

Back to you Laurel. The Collie people and most of the people on this ng stand ready to help your clubs prevent another
certain tragedy.

Like I keep telling everyone: Pierce has vowed not to be run out of dogs. So far we've only been able to keep him out of two
breeds, and two countries. There are plenty more for him to try and kill.
