I have to confess that I got our first glider on impulse and bought Caroline's book at the same time. He came with the birg cage and a fleece sleeping bag and the food cups. I also bought a tub of "Glider Chow". I went to the store and got some apples,peas,oranges, and a pear. I got bottled water as well. When I got home I took care of wiping down the cage feeding him and water . After making sure that he was as comfortable as possible (he was a bit pissy), I sat down and read the book cover to cover and made notes. The next day I got on the 'puter and surfed the net where I found this page and Bourbon and Betsy. Yes, it was learn as I went but Griz never suffered and I learned everything that I could and I am STILL LEARNING!:>} Glider love and nibbles, Diana
