she was going to get one of my babies, that was when I had the emergency trip and Baybe ate them. I don't feel that Peeps was an impulse buy, as it was something that Ashjan had discussed prior to Mary getting Peeps. Mary also (if anyone knows) had to go through a lot just to be able to be in the position to get one of mine, as I have very stringent conditions. I was convinced Mary would make a wonderful glider parent, as I wouldn't want my babies to go into anything short of the best homes. Mary had to make several trips that was about a 2 hour drive for her, to spend time with the joeys not only when they came out of the pouch, but while in the pouch, she had to learn how to bond, as well as how to play, care and feed it. I have said many times, that I never thought Mary would ever disappoint me, and to this day, she hasn't yet..
