Neutering should still be an option, if he has agressive genes, you really don't want those passed on anyways, it is actually easier to find a home for a neutered male than one that isn't. It also cuts back on his marking. It does however take 30 days for his horemones to be out of his system, in the mean time use licky treats everytime your hand is near him, and only allow him a couple of licks,
