I've been out of town and didn't see your post right away.
I'm hoping that since you posted nothing has gone wrong with your little girl.
If she is 4 weeks oop, chances are she is just fine. I have a male joey about the same age, and he's getting quite active now when I hold him at night (giving mom and dad a little break so they can have supper "together").
You are concerned that mom may not be letting her nurse. Well at this age they will look like they are just sleeping
with mom and dad when in fact she is nursing during the day while mom is sleeping. She is too big now to get much more than her mouth in the pouch.
Also, my joey will not lick anything off my finger yet either. I would say unless something has drastically changed since your post, things are pretty much normal.
