On the other extreme, one of our gliders got her tail caught in a wheel. That trip to the vet cost us over $500. Emergencies can be very costly.
She is fine but now has a one inch tail and ALL our gliders have Wodent wheels.

: We have taken our female in once right after her last pair of babies. Her pouch was inflamed and very tender. Our vet diagnosed an infection and gave us some antibiotics. She was back to her old self within a couple days. I think that trip was about $30.
