that if for some reason any reason the fish and game catch even a hint that you (a pa resident)didn't buy from a usda licensed breeder, sold one without being one, sold to someone outside the state... there are VERY stiff penalties, in fact the lives of the gliders will be jeopardized.. when they do catch one person they will go all the way back down the line so everyone on the lines glider is also jeopardized.. The chances of getting caught is very high, it is a highly controlled area, and PA is one of the "enforced" states that actually go out and strickly enforce their laws.. so as to who would know? and not being a big deal, let me assure you in PA it IS a big deal..
