It sounds like you feel really frustrated and unwelcome, Jess. That is simply not the case; almost every single person who responded to your post affirmed YOU; everyone is just worried that not all teens are as responsible as you are. Think about it for a minute: how many classmates do you have that love thier pet enough to create a website to teach others about how to care for it? I think you have to agree, that's pretty exceptional on your part. I don't think anyone (including myself) thinks anything but the best of you - we are just concerned that someone who is less mature or educated than yourself might rush out and get a glider. I'm really sorry that your feelings are hurt. I hope you will reconsider your decision to post here - I know you have helped me before, and everyone's input is important - yours included.

: For everyone that responded to that article meanly and I even asked polietly for NO flames, and there was not one non-flame that was posted. I am very extremely pis*ed about this. And you will NEVER EVER see me posting here again, ALL I get is bad responces. You guyes are trying to hide gliders from the Outside World. YOU SHOULDNT. Other people can know about them too. Whatz wrong with that they can live off Fruit, Nuts, & Cat Food??? Thats whats Roo eats plus yogurt & some chicken. And she is in GREAT health. And, you guys will hate me for this, but in our living room we have hung a Quilt on the wall, and Roo likes to be tossed up the the quilt and when we do that she gets a treat. She has learned that if she is in the living room she can be tossed up to stick to the quilt, so she immediatly goes to our hands and stands up, pointing towards the quilt. And she loves it. ALSO....Roo would NEVER be able to glide EVER if when she was a baby we didnt toss her from person to person (only 2-3 feet) and she would land in the other person's shirt that was held out. SO, that benefitted her. I dont care what u guys think of this post cause I am angry with all of you, and so is Roo. This is the last conversation we will take place in because we are ovbiously UNWANTED on this web page. Good Bye, and I will try & raise Roo correctly withoutt he help of fellow glider owners, and I can do that.
