Gestation period is counted 16 days from mating when joeys enter the pouch. From there approximately 65-70 days to oop.
Obviously, as you stated, the age of your SG was drastically off.
Also, there is a very good possibly these are NOT his joeys, which might account for her attitude towards him. Male SG's have been know to kill joeys not theirs.
