: JMO : : I have also seen the "Two or death" opinions. While that may not be true, I have to wonder if community animals, like gliders, aren't inherently more "comfortable" with companionship - particularly when nested/sleeping. My second male is a real "momma's boy" and clings to me whereas the first male is an explorer who only comes back to touch "human base" to be sure I'm still there for him. The times I see them contributing to each other is when one is not feeling well, one is barking, or when it's time to bed down. Just looking at them curled up into one big ball of fur in their pouch I have to believe that it gives them an extra sense of security to have another glider close. N.
