Depends on what mix you are using. I use Bourbon's mod. leadbeaters and all I feed is what they will eat in fruits/veggs. = a 2:1 ratio. That mix also doesn't require (sp) and extra proteins. I feed crickets and other things in moderation to the diet itself. You can read about this here:
