: does anyone know kevin Bennet or bought a glider off him before? He is in Houston texas and has a usda lic. ect but i and his prices are excellent but i dont know about his reputation. If anyone knows or has any experience with him let me know please

I know him. I bought both my boys from him and his partner.
His prices are indeed good - $95.00 for the glider alone or
$110.00 for the glider, pouch, 2lbs of food and glideraide.
They make themselves available at all times for supplies.

My first, Angel, was great. He crabbed for a few days and
settled right in after that. But the second, Clyde, I
suspect was too young. He lunged and crabbed for weeks and
it took quite a bit of work to settle him down. He also
came down with a nasty intestinal bug but cleared up really
well with antibiotics. Vet said he was way too small and
therefore too young - but he's now my little clinger and
stays with me whenever he's out. Kevin has quite a few
breeding pairs going. I haven't seen the enclosures, but
my husband did and said they all looked quite healthy and
active. Kevin works with lots of exotics. He gave us an
instruction sheet with all types of tips and help and put
us in touch with a really good glider vet. I wouldn't
hesitate to buy another glider from him - in fact a few
folks I work with already have!

If this is your first, feel free to holler whenever you need
help. I actually live in Alvin, which is about 60 miles
from Kevin, but I work in downtown Houston. Good luck and
hope you get a great buddy.
