Well, now I'm confused also. We do know that the testicles are not where they are "normally" on other males animals. I guess they are are where the pompom is which would explain the tie off method. I have heard that this is a somewhat cruel method and if it's done like I think it is, I would have to agree.
I'll ask Kim about all this.
