I wish I had not only had a computer but had known about this site when I lost Charlie.
The way I dealt with his death would probably have been quite different.
If nothing else comes from this post,I think that now I will be able to let go (of his body) even though it has probably been too long for any useful information to come from him. I will, however, check with my vet just to make double sure.
Also, thanks for the info on refrigeration.
