The charreing is a way they say "hello how are you I am so happy to hear or see you. Mine does it as soon as they hear my voice or see each other when they have been apart.. As for the QUICK bonding. There is no sure fire way to bond quickly, it will take time, it all depends on the individual glider and their person. Read back on the archives and I know you have been a glider owner and have been posting a whilke anyway. but there are many great ideas but they will all require time, patience perserveance, and love.
