My son in laws mother lives in Vermont and she was wanting a glider (but decided after all the research that maybe she will wait a while. I haven't talked with her to see if she checked it out about the legality of it all,
Here is the url for vermonth fish and wildlife services, if you can't find what you are looking for email them and tell them you are thinking of getting a glider and ask if they are legal in their state
