I agree-take him with you if possible. My gliders don't care
much for the car, but if you put them in their favorite blanket,
pocket or nest, they go to sleep pretty quick. Mine get cranky
in the car if I keep checking on them.

Also, make sure you have a water bottle with you-mine get really
thirsty in the car. And make sure its not too hot.
