About a month after you notice the buldge in her pouch the baby glider
should come out then a week to ten days it's eyes will open. After the
eyes are open you can start to handle the joey 1-2 time a day for a short
period of time. You might want to put your female in a separate cage with
one other glider for company as an added precaution but the males are not aggressive
with their babys you might find one carrying the joey on his back. I also suggest
giving her some gliderade.
