There are no real personality differences between the sexes according to most of the people who post on this board. The males tend too have a stronger scent but it's not bad. It's sort of spicy smelling to me. As to age, ask the breeder to put down in writing when the glider became OOP (out of pouch). If the breeder is speaking in terms of actual birth ( which is pretty hard to guage), he may well be about 4 months old. Ask for specifics. When you meet the glider see how he responds to you. If he seems willing to be held by you and seems interested in you then age won't matter. He'll be friendly and isn't that your biggest concern? Your breeder should be staight with you but as I said, ask for the age in writing. You could even say that you needed it for your vet's records :>} Glider love and nibbles, Diana
