Hi, I've only recently seen a bulge in our Lily's pouch. It's only been there about 5 days. One day it wasn't the next it was. I got on the board IMMEADIATLY! I was so excited that I had to let eveyone know.:>} Anyway, after reading Boubon's reply I did some experimenting. I found that Lily had been eating most of the leadbetter's ( she went right to it after play time). Seems she needs more protien and calcium. They get fresh fruit and veggies, leadbetter's, glider chow, bottled water, and the occational sunflower seed and nuts. But, I thought that now she might need more protien and calcium than just the glider chow and leadbetter's so I tried this... 1/2 a container of silken firm tofu, 1/3 cup high quality chicken catfood, 1/3 cup boiled chicken breast boneless and skinless, 1 table spoon vitamin supliment, and 1 small jar of baby yogurt w/ pear and apple. I put this all in a blender and pureed it smooth. I put this in an airtight container in the fridge. It will last for about a week. Then I'll start all over with a new batch. It can't be frozen like leadbetter's, It freezes solid if you try. Lily eats this up with much relish! It should help her while she's nursing. I hope that this helps you! Glider love and nibbles, Diana
