I give mine baby foods sometimes
in the mix and sometimes on the side,
the only concern is onion powder.
I've seen posts advising avoidance
of onion powder all together,
recently noticed that some baby food dinners
have onion powder in them. Darn.
They like it so much!
Mine haven't had any problems
and I'm going to not feed the foods with it anymore.
READ LABELS!!!
Be careful not to depend on the baby food
for convenience in place of
the fresh fruits and vegies.
In their mix, applesause is also good.
About once a month or so,
I put a can of fruit coctail in the blender,
a spoon full of this with some frozen corn
sprinkled on is a hit.
Oh what fun it is to serve them!
