Diana, my guys love mealworms these are easily available by phone. I would get some from a pet store first to make sure your guys like them but after that 1000 cost $7 with $3 shipping and last up to 3 months in the fridge. I use Grubco

: Crickets (the little ones) you can get those from a pet store or a bait shop, the bait shop usually has the mealworms as well. Moths are great and fairly easy to catch. With the outside light on, it is fairly easy to find acceptable bugs for your babies to eat..Mine don't like flys at all they will nibble on the red wigglers (tiny red worms) grasshoppers are also a fav..
