YES, she does. Look at your next sentence "She lets me pet her, and give her tummy rubs".

I am surprised at Bourbon for missing this - block the bottom of your bed off with boards or cardboard (I, too, hate it when they go under my bed).

Honey, she is doing fine and so are you. I think they only problem here is that you want it NOW! You have made great progress. She does trust you. Listen to what the others have said. They are 100% correct. Once she has learned all about her new "forest" she will come play with you. How do you play with her? Do you drag a string across the bed for her to chase? Do you put her up high and call to her? How are you playing?
I have never been able to give Dottie a belly rub and Bourbon swears that Dottie thinks I'm swell.
Don't dispare. Keep on loving her (and block off the under bed area).
