: Since the passing of my little Foster, I have decided to get a female glider. I've heard many things in the past about the females being nasty, but of course stereotyping isn't my favorite thing. So tell me, how many of you have an absolutely sweet, cuddly, would-never-bite-anyone female? My little Foster would hide in my shirt, or lick my lips and ears, and do so many wonderful things. I told my breeder I'd wait years if I needed, just to get one with as sweet a personality as Foster had. I'm going with a girl this time so that hopefully I will have an easier time not comparing the two. Any advice? Or support for the decision for a female? : Thanks a bunch, : Kim I have a very sweet loving female. Mama-g is so gentle comparied to my two males who happen to be very active. She is not one to jump and explore but simply happy to spend time in my hand. Her mate died about 5 months ago and I bought tow males one of which is about a year old and neutered, the other is older and not neutered. I have not yet bonded with the males and have only held one of them for a few minutes. Mama-g seems to be bonded enough to me not to want their company and I am having a hard time getting they together. I would not give away, trade, or sell my female for anything. I love her dearly and spoil her. She is however a very picky eater. I think you will find that she will be as loving as a glider can be. But dont compare her to others, each has their own ways, you would think that they pick us out as we adapt to them more than they to us it seems.
