There diet can be many diffierent ways. Personally we feed are gliders iams cat food low fat dry food two pierces per night. Also we have got gerber baby food a mix of like sweet potatoe and chicken, mixed fruits, turkey and fruit, and so on experiment with what they like. We also bought a nut and dried fruit mix in the bird food section of the pet store, then we usually leave the bird stuff in a small dish a change it once a week. Then every night we make a mixture of usually all the baby food we have, some times we add pieces of watermelon, tomatoes, stuff like that. And we also every night put the two pieces of cat food in there baby food, THEY LOVE CAT FOOD! Occasionally you can give them a sugar cube, or a piece of chicken, yougurt which is also good for taming which you put on you finger then. If you need more info e-mail me and I'll send the zoo diet. All that works for us just pay attention to your glider if they won't eat it change it.Remember nuts occasionally and feed them every night before you go to sleep at remove it when you get up. And it depends on how much they eat and if they are gaining weight as the amount you should feed them. They can't be potty trained, but when yu take them out of there cage take a very soft piece of tissue NOT Rough or you can hurt them and gently rub it over there umm anus. They will make a hccccc hccccc sound and then pop or pee. It works for me, but if it's to rough you can chaff there ass. Also to much light can kill a glider so try not to get them in direct sun light. usually they will adapt to your sleeping scedual so don't worry about that. I hav'nt heard of the females being spayed, but usually breeders have neutered males, but yes you can get the males neutered, but I recommend getting one already neutered, it's common.
