Amanda thank you for the kind words. I figured that I am getting tired of posting the same thing over and over again about the importance of researching. I am building a web dedicated to just that purpose. It is being real time consuming and I have a VERY full schedule, so when I get it even near done there will be a url that evryone can be sent to to do a lot of their research. Getting permission and okays to put links as well as getting professional advice on top of what I normally discuss. I am feeling pretty good about it as it gets further along,, so for now we will just wait till I am able to give people the completed page to help in their endevours.. Thanks again..
