As far as lactose intolerance that is a debatable issue and one I am not going to get into here. As far as the chesse..I would NEVER feed my gliders chees, it may stop them up the same as you and I remeber their bodies are much smaller than ours. A little bit could be too much.. I always say NO Cheese..
