: 1 cricket and 2 mealworms shouldn't make your glider fat so soon. You say you feed it leadbeaters every other night. Why not each night?. Do they get food each night? Is there anything else you feed them? Nuts are extremely fattening.. Glider are insectovours which means their diet in the wild also include bugs..How much exercise do they get? actual running time? If allowing them the time to exercise is rough you may want to get them a Wodent Wheel for their cage..

They each get a variety of fruits and vegtables every night I don't give leadbeaters every night because thats all they will eat then I use your recipe. Also I nly give maybe 2 sunflower seeds about once a week as a treat as far as exercise the male is out of his cage every night all night I haven't let the female out at night because I am afraid he will hurt her. I have switched cages and pouches so they get use to each others scent
