Our new glider, Sadie hates to go into my pocket. She crabbs, hisses, and bites. We've had her for a week and she has bonded with Shasta, but not Ben and I. I have spent plenty of time with her durring the day but when I go to put her in my pocket, she gets freaked out. I understand how she feels and all but what can I do? I've tried treats on my fingers and she does'nt go for it. But when she is out playing she never bites or crabbs at us. Also, I was wondering if her being close to Shasta would make it hard for her to bond with us. She gets so scared during the day when I try to get her to go in my pocket, she poops and pees on me. She so sweet and little I just want to know what I am doing right or wrong. I do know not to force the bonding process. Please anybodys advice is appreciated.
