I share my home with one young glider and an almost mature parrot. They like many of the same things. I have been able to recycle (after thorough cleaning) many toys from the parrot cage to the glider cage, after the parrot tires of them. This includes a bell, which the glider loves to ring at 3:00AM; a hanging toy used to for hiding treats (I put Nutraberries in this); a variety of perches; a series of hard acrylic beads strung on a wood dowel; and a small swing. My glider also enjoys the occasional bit of apple cinnamon muffin, infant foods containing fruit and cereal, an infant juice which contains yogurt and fruit juices, dried fruit seasoned with a very small drop of honey. These little guys are amazingly easy to please...
