Subject: Supplements, liver disease and a possible connection

Over the past year there have been a number of people whohave had their gliders die very suddenly. One subject that
is being discussed is the possibility that since not a lot
of information about these little creatures is available
and still more is contradictory, supplements or a lack
there of could have something to do with it.
If you do lose a glider PLEASE have a necropsy done. Itwill help us find hopefully a common denominator in these
sad cases. It may cost up to $50 but knowing what killed
it will help us determine why they had whatever condition.
If everyone who has a glider die would send the results
to me personally I am going to start keeping a file of
sugar glider necropsy reports and hopefully get some
answers. I have had 2 die in the last year both of liver
problems. The first one was a rescue from a pet store and
the U said he had had problems long before I got him.
Please e-mail any reports personally. Thanks, Sherry
