This is just speaking from my own experience with it.......

the glider that's been with me longest (2 years so far) doesn't ever wet her bed anymore.

When I first got her she went alot, then as she got older she would only wet when she was nervous. Now she never wets, neither in her bed in the cage nor in my pocket.

My others are like this too, the tamer they are, the cleaner they keep their beds. I have young one who seems like he's always got a wet bed, and an older one that was that way when he was young, but now that he's more mature, I don't find him wet anymore.

Your glider is very young, he'll probably change his ways as he matures and gets more settled into his environment.
In his cage, give him a bed that stays in the same place, don't move it around place to place. They're territorial and when their environment changes, they naturally will mark it.
For in your pocket, you'll have to change it each time. When mine was a baby, I used the toe part of a sock to line my pocket for her and always had extra ones handy.
He will get to where he will wiggle around when he has to go. When mine wiggles around and insists on not staying inside the pocket, I put her on a napkin for just a second...she goes, then she wants back in my pocket, takes a bath and goes back to sleep.

: My glider (about 3 months old) wakes up every so often
: with a very wet bottom (soaked). My only guess is that he's
: "wetting the bed". Has anyone heard of this before? Is it
: a sign of an underlying problem, or is it analogous to human
: infant bed wetting?

: Thanks! Matt.
