I have two female gliders and they occasionally quarrel with eachother-
the younger one gently crabs and they snip at each other, but generally
get along great. I first noticed them doing this when the younger one
started to question the older one's dominance-she just doesn't put up
with the older one pushing her around, grabbing hold of her when she is
trying to leave, or pushing under her to get the prime sleeping spot or whatever.
But really, in general they love eachother and get along great.

So unless your gliders are getting mean with eachother and you feel they
might be threatening eachother, or are not really getting along, I wouldn't
worry about it too much, they probably will work it out.
