: Bourbon, I have to say you are a saint. You put up with people that slam you because they don't like your way of answering people's questions that have already been answered 100 times or more. I don't want to be involved in any flames here, but I have to say that unlike some people here I understand completely why you answer peoples q's the way you do. I'd be doing the same thing you do if I was getting 200 or more emails a day. MY OPINION IS: If certain people don't like the way you answer questions then maybe they should post their answers.

: : i have been a sugar glider owner/breeder for 8 years now so i do know what im talking about. i would just like to say that i am very disappointed and shocked at some of the responses given to people on this board. for example, i cant even count the times that BOURBON has pretty much attacked people for their questions by rudely telling them that they "should have researched that before getting their glider and that if they were responsible enough to get a glider than they wouldnt have to ask these questions". excuse me but isnt that what this board is for? i think anyone willing to take the time to make a post is researching and cares enough to know. people ask these questions to learn more and get suggestions from other owners, not to be attacked for asking it. if you happen to think their question is a dumb one--simply dont answer it. no one wants to hear your constant comments that they are irresponsible and dont care about their pet. i would like to commend all those who help people out kindly and really try to be of assistance without making the person feel bad. to be honest, if i ever had a question to ask in here i would be too afraid of getting yelled at and being told that bourbon knows more than me and i should be ashamed to be that "stupid". i would suggest to anyone with future questions to look through past posts and responses and find someone who gives good answers without the guilt that goes along it. i find both DIANA and JESSROO to be very friendly girls with good suggestions . too bad more people cant be more like them.
