Maria I am busy in email contact with your husband Dave, but just to reiterate some points. Nearly all pages about gliders are linked on GliderNet http://www.glider.buffnet.net and if you go there you see a link to the transoniq page where they sell wodent wheels. these are solid safe wheels taht the gliders sem to love (hang them up high tho). They give bulk discounts when you order lots and are a really good buy. and as they say if you line the wheel temporarily with sandpaper the gliders pare their own nails without you getting bitten at all.
