High, I've heard that it is possible to re-bond. It may be easier if the glider wasn't tightly bonded to the previous owner you may yet have a chance with this poor baby. It will take a lot of trust and patience but if you are willing it could work out great. This little one may need a lot of care. The best you could expect at this point is if he would let you even touch him wthout crabbing indignantly and trying to bite you. If you can do this you are so close to being there. If not then just give him the space he needs and use a lot of bribes. He may try to bite you but try not to let it get to you too much. It's not a personal thing it's the fact that he's not been taken care of. To help with his distress, You might try to keep his diet consistant and change it slowly. Keep his cage about the same for a bit until he's calmed a bit. But keep it clean. Do the cleaning in the day time when he's asleep. After a couple of days try putting a T-shirt that you've worn all day in the cage with him, so he can get your scent in a very non-threatening way. If you read back a few you'll find a post from Bourbon about the " t-shirt thing". Read it and you'll get a lot of info from it. The archives have a lot of info in them that will help you learn VERY quickly what to do with him, Food especially! Feel free to ask anything, my e-mail is above. Good luck! Glider love and nibbles,Diana
