Lillith' The hissing sound your glider is making is most often the sound they make while urinating;.A sound of relief.The chattering you referred to can possibly be one of two things, one is called barking or calling out to see if there is another glider around to play with much like a small puppy yipping in the distance perhaps or the chattering sometimes occurs with mine when she has a special treat that she finds to her liking this one is more closely space together and more like a chattering squirrel.
