: Hello,I have a baby glider named Sadie. We've Had her for about a month and she still does'nt trust me. I've tried everything everyone has advised including, cutting up a shirt that I've worn and putting it in her nest, but she still crabbs and runs from me in her cage. I'm being patient but I need more advice on what to do to gain her trust. Also, she gets so scared when I take her out of the cage, she poops, pees, and gets the runs. Both of my gliders are silent when they go to the bathroom(they don't make the pffft noise). Is this normal? Please any suggestions are appreciated.
: Thank You,

Hi,
It appears that you are doing most everything you can, I
would go back through the archives and look to see if there
might be someother advise there that you could use. Be advised
tho that bonding can some times take alot longer than you
have given her so far. The main thing is just be patient
and give lots of treats and attention. A friend of mine has a glider
and they have yet to fully bond and it has now been 6 months.
My female huffs also when she pee's and poops. My males
dont make any sounds. I guess its kind normal. Each glider
to their own.
