Subject: Very Strange Glider Behavior On My Bed
Posted by Mel on September 21, 1998 at 20:35:09:
Ive had my sugarglider for about 3 weeks. And whenever my glider goes on my bed, and only when shes on my bed, (where she goes very frequently) she'll dig her nose real deep into the covers, almost like she's biting it. Im not sure if she is or not. She also swings her bottom half around and almost drags it. Someone told me of a possible vitamin deficinetcy, what should I do?? Ive also had problems with getting her fully tame. I can touch her and pet her and most of the time take her out, but when shes out I cant get her very well. When shes in her pouch shes crabs a lot. I thought that you could take them out but not her.I was told that maybe shes protecting the pouch from other gliders...I want to be able to take her out and put her in a pocket somewhere but shes being diffucult! Please Help!
