JessRoo that is cruel. cant you stand a little bit of scratches to allow your glider to be able to climb. and dont tell me taht i dont know what I am talking about I have suffered scratches for over three years. Depsite my arms sometimes itching like heck i have never clipped their nails unless they are catching on things. gliders scratch taht is part of their life, how would you like it if someone chopped off your feet, you are not causing taht much pain but you are limiting her mobility in a likewise manner. please reconsider your cruel actions
: Dont worry. I was allergic to Roo's nail. But you are actually allergic to the fruit and acids that get under her nails and go into the little cuts that she makes in your skin. You can treat it with cream like Bag Balm that they have in most Pharmacys. Its in a green tin container. What you can do is wear gloves? But the best thing is to just clip their nails 1once a week or so. It helps a lot, and they cant make the little marks. Just use a human nail clipper and clip the little hook at the end of the nail. They wont be able to climb up curtains or anything because they have no grip, but it will save your from having infected arms and hands Good luck!
