: I just purchased a young male glider two days ago. For the first day, he insisted on sleeping in my hand, and really didn't want to be in my pocket. He finally got used to the pocket idea. Last night I fell asleep on the sofa with him in my pocket. When I awoke, he was curled up on my neck under my chin. When he realized I was awake, he crawled up and started licking my lips and nuzzling me!? Could it be that he has already started really bonding this well in two days. Everything I've read says it takes a few weeks to a month. Also, he has been neutered. Will this help at all with reducing his scent marking? Thanks for any info.

It is possible. How old was your glider when you got him?
That is how many weeks OOP. You are very fortunate.
Remember your little guy has to get Rep-Cal/D-3 two
times a wk. sprinkled on his food to prevent hind leg
paralysis plus a good vitamin supplement. I've got a
neutered SG I'm trying to sell that is about 3 mo OOP.
Nobody wants males. Generally they are calmer than the
females and have better personalities. I wish people
could understand this.
