Hi Bourbon -

I e-mailed the USDA at the address you left in your post below and it keeps coming back undeliverable - the only thing is that it comes back with a different address than the one I sent to, which is snsmith@aphis.usda.gov (it says snsmith@vsfcgate1.aphis.usda.gov when it comes back). Any ideas as to why, or do you have another address I can use?
