No, I have to admit I wouldn't consider it, but I'm older and have more judgement. Maybe the real question is what are her parents thinking?
I know you don't claim to be an expert, but you've had a lot more experience with gliders than a lot of people. My main point, though, is that it would
be important for everyone to understand NOT to leave a glider at home. If Jane or someone hadn't posted that and had only emailed Jess, others who are
new at this might not have understood. I think Jess did show some maturity at asking everyone what to do (probably because she knows she shouldn't do
that.)
