: My gliders are not picky. I feed them two different fruits each night, either yougurt, cottage cheese,

Watch the dairy products, they have been linked to cataracts in gliders. It is not the lactose that you need to be concerned with. It is the galactinaze. Giving lactose free products will not reduce the risk of cataracts.

or tofu mixed with honey, a vegetable and gliderade. Does anyone else use gliderade? My gliders love it. I just want to make sure it is of high nutritional content.

I give my gliders gliderade about once a week and only 1/2 oz at a time. Yes it is a vitamin and mineral supplement.

I also give them lowery pellets (birds) they also love these. are these ok for them?

Are these pellets high in seed content? Seeds cause constipation in gliders and can lead to self mutilation if not relieved.

also, my gliders love spinach is this ok for them?

Yes it is!

finally, what is rep cal and where can I get it?

Repcal is a calcium supplement made for reptiles, you want to be careful if using repcal with D3 because it can give your glider too much calcium and that could be fatal. Your local pet store should have it and if not they can probably order it for you.

I saw it is an ingredient in the leadbeader's recipe. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
